Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services offered by Drona IAS Academy, including classroom programs, online courses, test series, mentorship plans, mobile app, and website. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Registration & Access

  • Students must provide complete and accurate information at the time of enrollment.
  • Course access (online/offline) is non-transferable. Sharing login or course material with others is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if any misuse is detected.

2. Course Fee, Payment & Refund Policy

  • All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable once the course access has been granted.
  • Refunds are only processed in case of double payments or verified technical errors, and must be requested within 7 days.
  • Please note: the refunded amount may take an additional 10–15 working days to reflect in the student’s bank account, depending on the bank’s processing time.
  • Fee once paid cannot be adjusted to any other course, batch, or individual.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content — including videos, PDFs, notes, test series, slides, and strategies — is the property of Drona IAS Academy.
  • Recording, reproducing, forwarding, or publishing any content is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action under copyright law.

4. Student Conduct

  • Respectful conduct is expected in all classes, groups, and mentorship sessions (offline & online).
  • Any kind of abuse, harassment, or public defamation of the institute or faculty will lead to removal without refund.

5. Online Platform & System Requirements

  • Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, supported browser, and updated device.
  • The institute will not be liable for access issues due to device/internet failures from the student’s end.

6. Communication Consent

  • By registering, students consent to receive updates via WhatsApp, email, and SMS related to classes, exams, promotions, and new launches.
  • We respect your privacy and never share your personal data with third parties.

7. Disclaimers

  • Enrolment in any course does not guarantee selection in UPSC/PCS or any competitive exam. Success depends on individual preparation, efforts, and external factors.
  • Drona IAS will not be responsible for missed exams, schedule changes, or updates made by UPSC, PPSC, or other government bodies.

8. Modification & Cancellation

  • Drona IAS reserves the right to update course content, change batch timings, faculty assignments, or modify policies as needed.
  • In such cases, prior notice will be given wherever possible.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or issues arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patiala, Punjab, India.
