Refund Policy – Drona IAS Academy

All payments made towards Drona IAS Academy’s courses, test series, or services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Students are strongly advised to thoroughly review all course details and resolve any queries with our counselors before making a payment.

In exceptional cases (such as technical errors or duplicate payments), refunds — if approved — will be initiated within 7 working days via the original payment method. Please note that the refunded amount may take 10–15 working days to reflect in the student’s bank account, depending on the processing time of their respective bank.
